A Resilience Mindset: Understand Your Own Wellbeing Puzzle
Hannah's talk will help individuals make sense of the key factors that shape their wellbeing and resilience. Using the idea of a “wellbeing puzzle” participants can explore how our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, habits and support systems fit together in their own lives. This practical and reflective talk builds self-awareness and helps to identify what strengthens resilience, as well as what may be draining or limiting it.
Through interactive discussion and real-life examples, Hannah supports audiences to move from insight to action; leaving with a clearer understanding of their personal wellbeing needs and simple strategies they can apply immediately; supporting balance, resilience, and long-term mental and emotional wellbeing.
